FDJ United Deploys Agent AI for Financial Queries

FDJ United, previously Française des Jeux, has launched its first AI agent intended to assist its finance department in responding to employee queries, marking a pivotal step in the organization's broader AI strategy. The project was highlighted during Microsoft's AI Tour event in Paris, emphasizing the significance of agent-based AI technologies. The initiative follows previous tech implementations aimed at addressing legal compliance and operational efficiency, managing to engage over 5,000 employees and generating €3.7 billion in revenue for 2025.
The deployment of this AI agent signifies a shift in organizational capabilities, focusing on automation and knowledge management within the company. By building a comprehensive knowledge base and integrating the AI into established platforms like SharePoint and Teams, FDJ aims to streamline its response process, notably for recurring inquiries. This development enhances the company's autonomy in implementing AI solutions, potentially reducing reliance on external technology while aiming for improved operational efficiency and knowledge handling.
