Methodology
Source Selection
We monitor 50+ primary sources including government press offices, parliamentary records, national AI strategies, central bank reports, and vetted specialist publications. We do not aggregate gossip, rumour, or social-media speculation.
AI-Assisted Analysis
Article summaries and intelligence scores are generated by AI and reviewed before publication. The AI step is a drafting aid, not a replacement for editorial judgement. All published scores and classifications are human-approved.
Impact Scoring
Impact scores (1–10) reflect geopolitical significance, budget magnitude, strategic novelty, and regional precedent. Scores are calibrated quarterly against a reference set of historically significant AI policy events.
Sovereign Relevance Rating
A 0–10 rating indicating how directly an article relates to national AI capability, government AI procurement, public compute infrastructure, or regulatory sovereignty. Scores ≥7 are flagged as Sovereign AI.
