AXA Extends 5-Year AI Partnership with Shift Technology

AXA, the multinational insurer, has extended its partnership with Shift Technology for an additional five years, enhancing its use of artificial intelligence across 15 countries. The collaboration will focus on critical areas such as claims management, fraud detection, and underwriting, and aligns with AXA's strategic plan, ‘Unlock the Future,’ which is set to guide the company's operations through 2026. The investment in AI technology will amount to €800 million over the next three years, signifying a robust commitment to integrating AI into its operational core.
