BSI Warns of Threats from Anthropics AI Model Mythos

Anthropic has introduced an AI model named Mythos that is currently not available to the public, due to its potential risks. The model reportedly identifies and exploits vulnerabilities in operating systems and software, including those deemed secure. Following its announcement, U.S. officials engaged with major financial institutions to prepare for possible threats, while Germany's BSI stated it expects widespread implications for software security, despite not having direct access to the model.
