UAE Signals Growth with CEPA Agreements with Japan, Ecuador
The UAE has finalized comprehensive economic partnership agreements (CEPA) with Japan and Ecuador, reflecting its commitment to deepen trade and investment collaborations. During a recent official visit to Tokyo, UAE's Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, emphasized that the CEPA with Japan aims to expand cooperation across advanced technology, cybersecurity, and logistics, among other sectors. Similarly, the agreement with Ecuador targets tariff reductions and strategic partnerships in clean energy, mining, and advanced technology.
